I paid 2500 INR for 4 hours, I couldn’t stand in the hotel, and the staff refused to refund me as they charge the money

This is not a hotel, photos from the booking website is different than the property, worst accommodation, I have seen bugs here and they charge 2500 per night for this. Cheating people in the name of hotel, not sure how booking.com is allowing these type of disgusting lodges

I did not have the BF at the location. This was due to my work schedule

this time the soap bottles in the bathroom were empty, very very noisy because of the new reastaurant downstairs. And some bugs and ants in the room.

It is a comfortable stay overall and close to the places I need access to. There is a restaurant on the first floor and it offers amazing Indian food. The staff were friendly and offers help when needed. The family were sweet as mentioned by the other guests.

The entrance through list was unexpected and lots of dogs were resting there most of the time as the reception of the hotel was on second floor. the staff were most of the time watching their mobile stuff lying flat on the sofa. the professional touch was missing although they were very cooperative

Nice reception. Looks like family handles the reception. They are really soft spoken and nice people. I didn't like the room which was shown, they immediately changed it on my request. Breakfast is simple but super tasty, authentic home made flavours which is far better than fancy things in 5 star hotels. Treebo gave me surprise in my room, which was unexpected. Really thanks for the small customer delighting things, matters a lot in terms of personalized service. Would definitely recommend this hotel and I'll use this for my future travels to Hyderabad

Nothing as such, little smelly washroom due to lack of exhaust, but its manageable, not a big deal.

Helpful staff, good clean rooms, good location, delicious breakfast, smooth check in, regular room clean ups, complementary tea, coffee and water, furniture in good condition.

Too many dogs near the main entrance and sleeping in front of the lift... Also too many dogs barking late night and disturbing the sleep. This dog issue should be taken seriously and should be solved through municipality or anyone as their numbers are plenty. No hair dryer.No mini refrigerator.Quantity of breakfast too less..Window lock is broken and needs to be fixed

Breakfast is limited to just one serving of puri. It would be good to have a few more options. Wish there were hooks for hanging clothes.

Early check-in was charged although plenty of rooms were available.

wifi never worked and it’s not too clean. bathrooms were stinking and staff force to pay directly to avoid treebo commission.. for everything they keep asking for money

Awesome hospitality. Rooms are very neat and clean. Staff are friendly and responsive. A very good stay for families and the location is very near to bus stop and auto stand which will help for easy commute.

The staff ...Our checkout time is 11.. i got late 1 hour staff was calling to room plz checkout madam I stuck in traffic... is this correct way to behave like this with our family ...he told to my wife plz stay at reception ...its not good & i payed extra money for the late ...staff could have to wait for sometime. staff could have to behave good with ladies ..staff was completely bad

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtownThey were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10am. We got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The service was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there. Ask to replace a light but that did not happen and staffs are very limited, require little professionalism. It should have laundry facilities.
